"Natural Cures" partial list to get and stay healthy

• Drink a glass of water immediately when you wake up in the morning
• Eat a large breakfast including organic fruits, rye bread, raw butter, raw milk (raw means not pasteurized or homogenized), plain yogurt (no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, organic beef, organic chicken, organic lamb, tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, salsa, celery, carrots (or any vegetables), limited amount of coffee with raw milk or cream and raw evaporated sugar cane juice or honey, and real tea (not in tea bags)
• Drink 8 glasses of water each day
• Walk for at least an hour nonstop each day
• Do NOT eat after 6pm
• Do a candida cleanse
• Do a colon cleanse
• Consume 100% organic, virgin, unrefined coconut oil
• Use infrared saunas
• Eat organic grapefruits all day
• Do NOT eat aspartame or ANY artificial sweeteners (including saccharin & splenda)
• Do NOT eat MSG (this is found in food even if not on the label: it may be disguised as “spices”, “artificial flavoring”, “hydrolyzed vegetable protein”, etc.)
• Take digestive enzymes
• Do NOT eat “diet” sodas or “diet” foods
• Do NOT eat at fast food or chain restaurants
• Do NOT eat High Fructose Corn Syrup
• Do NOT eat white sugar or white flour
• Eat organic apples all day
• Eat ONLY organic meat, poultry and fish (no fish farms)
• Limit your dairy products (only eat organic and raw)
• Do a liver cleanse
• Eat a big salad at the start of lunch and dinner (uses only organic vegetables; dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic apple cider vinegar with sea salt, fresh ground pepper or garlic for taste)
• Exercise on a “re-bounder” 10 minutes a day (mini-trampoline)
• Add hot peppers to your food
• Use organic apple cider vinegar (take 2 teaspoons before each meal)
• Breathe! (oxygen burns fat; most people do not breathe enough to stimulate their metabolism and fat burning capabilities)
• Wear magnetic rings on your little fingers at night
• Get 15 colonics in 30 days
• Add muscle (muscle burns fat; adding muscle by exercising increases metabolism)
• Fast (try a 21-day “juice fast”)
• Cheat whenever you want (it’s preferable to eat the treat without guilt than to not eat it and be stressed out about it)
• Reduce or eliminate the “uncontrollable” urge to eat when you’re not hungry
